Mimi's Pecan Pie

Ingredients

1 cup light Karo Syrup

3/4 cup sugar

3 eggs

1/2 cup pet milk

2 tbsp flour

1 1/2 cup pecan

Unbaked Deep Dish Pastry Shell

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

In a large glass bowl, mix the Karo syrup, sugar, eggs , milk, flour, and vanilla.

Stir in 1 to 1 1/2 cups pecans. Chopped or whole.

Pour into the unbaked pie shell.

Bake at 350 degrees for 5 minutes; reduce heat to 325 degrees and bake 40 minutes.
